Instructions for Poster presentations

Exhibited Posters will be displayed during the whole congress.

The presenting author should be available near the poster during the lunch time to discuss her/his poster with interested colleagues. There will be no organized or moderated discussions over posters.

Posters will be organized in the Poster Area located in Olmeca 1 and Olmeca 1–3 foyer according to numbers. The number of your poster can be found here or in the list of posters in the poster area.

Posters should be set up in the Poster Area from 10:00 on Saturday, October 12, 2019 and must be removed by 17:00 on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the latest. Those posters which will remain in the Poster Area after its closing will not be kept.

Declaration on Disclosure

Poster presenters are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current poster presen­tation at the bottom of their poster.

Size of poster

Posters must be prepared in a portrait style (please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster). The poster boards will be 100 cm (39.4 inches) in width and 248 cm (97.6 inches) in height, so the maximum size of a poster can be 96 cm (37.8 inches) in width and 240 cm (94.5 inches) in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 96 cm (37.8 inches) in width and 155 cm (61.0 inches) in height. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters.

Fixing material will be available in the Posters Area.
